Why I loves Manhattan!! (NYC Yeah!) Manhattan is the greatest city in the entire world to live in if you’re a pup. Did you know, per capita, there are more pups in New York City than in any other city in the world? It’s true! People here have two, three, and sometimes four pups. With the many beautiful parks (large and small) there’s plenty of space to go walkies and so much to see here. People always think that pups want to be out in the yard. We only want to be outside if you’re outside. Our job is to keep an eye of you, so wherever you are, that’s where we want to be. And you know what? It’s a great place for kitties to live as well as other animals. So, if you are pup-less (how horrible is that!?!), march yourself over to one of the local shelters and find yourself a pup or kitty or whatever you prefer, and turn your NYC apartment into a real home! by Kuma Tala Kaitlin

What’s the Woof    It came to my attention that there are no real spokespups out in the world today. So, I have created these pages to let the world know a bit about what we pups think about the world in which we live. There are many things we pups just don't understand about human behavior and some of them I will discuss in “What’s the Woof!” I hope you enjoy my commentary.    Comments or questions, feel free to drop me a note. by Kuma Tala Kaitlin

He's a what? Now   here's   a   topic   for   discussion.   What   human   coined the   phrase   "dirty   dog?"   That   means   someone's   lower than   the   lowest   thing   on   this   earth.   Come   on   people. Think   about   it.   We   dogs   have   been   around   a   lot   longer than    you;    at    least    in    one    form    or    another.    We've fended   for   ourselves   long   before   you.   We   are   natural born    hunters.    We    lived    in    well    organized    family groups.   (Emphasis   on   the   word   family.   No   matter   how big   or   small   it   is,   it's   important,   so   remember   it!)   We tended   to   our   young   and   still   do.   We   ran   along   side   the   greatest   kings,   emperors,   and   conquerors   that   walked   the   face   of this earth. So what was that human thinking to use our sacred earthly description for such a degrading definition? Geeezz...whomever   it   was,   they   obviously   didn't   get   enough   love   as   a   child.   So   enough   already.   Get   together   those   two collective   brain   cells   you   have   and   coin   a   new   phrase.   Maybe   you   should   use   our   expression   when   someone   does   something lowly. As we say, "What a human!" by Kuma Tala Kaitlin

Yes, you heard right…Poop! One of my pet peeves is when I go walkies with my mom, every block we stroll down, there’s uncollected dog poop on the sidewalk. What’s up with that? Why don’t people pick up after their pups? Let’s face it, poop is a fact of life. Your pup is brave enough to perform this act in public where you allow them to and you can’t pick it up? Wow! How do you think that is for us being so close to the ground? It’s about as yucky for us as it is for humans! Pick up after your pup! I wish every pup had a mom like mine. She not only picks it up, but has baby wipes handy for my bottom so I’m all clean and presentable. People see her pick up and wipe me and she doesn’t care. Maybe one day, people will start being responsible and keep America clean, or at least the UWS of Manhattan! by Kuma Tala Kaitlin
